This Site was created, and is operated, according to the laws of the Netherlands and these terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with such Laws. In determining any disputes in relation to this Site and these terms, the laws of Netherlands will apply and the Courts of Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction.
